WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING RETURNS ON ANY MASTER REPLICAS PRODUCT AS THEY ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING RETURNS FROM US. THIS INCLUDES MASTER REPLICAS FORCE FX, LIMITED EDITION, AND SCALED REPLICA LIGHTSABERS AS WELL AS ANY OTHER PRODUCTS LABELED BY MASTER REPLICAS. We apologize for this inconvenience; unfortunately we cannot help the situation with their refusal to work with us.

  • For standard orders, we accept refunds or exchanges only on unopened and undamaged items (some exceptions may apply).  Returns must include a copy of your original packing receipt (you should also keep a copy for your records).
  • We must be contacted within 15 days of order placement to process a return or exchange by filling out the form below.
  • Merchandise must be returned via a registered, traceable and insured mail system (USPS priority with tracking, UPS, FedEx, etc...).  You are responsible for all return shipping fees unless we offer to pay due to an error on our part.  Returns should be sent to:

  • Once we receive the item back, the item will be inspected and the item price can then be refunded.  If an item or packaging is found damaged or not resellable (including but not limited to smoke damage, animal smells, or other forms of damage) then we will not process the refund and the item will be returned to you at your cost.  We cannot refund the shipping costs once an item has been shipped out.
  • All transactions take place using the daily USD value. Because the value of the USD has been shifting more recently, we cannot give quotes against other currencies. Also, refunds to customers who are outside of the US may vary from the original price in your currency as the daily exchange rates may vary from day to day. We offer all refunds against the current daily USD value and cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
  • Items refused via UPS or USPS and returned will be charged an additional 15% return and restocking fee on top of the return shipping fees.  If you want to return or exchange an item, please follow the correct return/exchange process so we can both avoid any unpleasant problems.  Also, items shipped ot us without proper authorization will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.
  • Defective items must be returned through the original manufacturer. (Master Replicas or Hasbro).  We cannot make exceptions to this rule and will not take returns on DOA products.  Also, all warranty issues (except on custom or converted products) must be taken up with the original manufacturer.
  • For pre-order or unshipped items, we can offer a full refund including the shipping charges (provided no items on the order were shipped).  Unshipped items can only be refunded if we are contacted on the same business day that they are processed (for items after 5:00 PM MST, this is the next business day before 3:30 MST).  Pre-order items can only be cancelled within 20 business days of placing the order, or if the pre-order has an exception on it (check your online receipt to verify).
  • Conversions and Battle Ready FX lightsabers are not refundable.  Each conversion or Battle Ready saber has a 30-day warranty from the time that the work was completed and shipped out and we are willing to work with you if there is an issue, however once the conversion work has begun, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
