Have you damaged your FX lightsaber's blade and need it fixed or just looking for a somewhat stronger blade? Now's your chance. This is a service to replace the polycarbonate blade with either an original Hasbro blade or a custom blade. The original Hasbro blades are in factory condition and include the original diffuser, tip, and clear polycarbonate blade. The custom blades give you a 1" diameter 1/16" thick blade that will withstand more dueling than the stock Hasbro Force FX Lightsaber blades. We also use machined shouldered polycarbonate tips and a special blade diffuser that will replace the standard tipped diffuser tube.

This repair is only good on the Hasbro non-removable blade LED version lightsabers (we cannot repair the removable blade versions of these lightsabers). This will also only replace the physical blade and not any of the saber's internal electronics or the original LED strand.

Once you have completed the checkout process, you will need to ship your lightsaber and a copy of your receipt to the following address:

Turn around time for the saber’s blade replacement is approximately 3 - 4 weeks from the time we receive your lightsaber depending on our current conversion volume and parts availability. Refunds not allowed on customized products. The blade replacement process may leave some small scratches or abrasions on the finish of the product and are not covered under the warranty. Please see the links below if you have any questions about the customization process. AN IMPORTANT NOTE: WE WILL ONLY DO BLADE REPLACEMENTS ON FULLY FUNCTIONAL FX LIGHTSABERS. IF YOU SEND US A SABER THAT HAS ANY FLAWS OTHER THAN A BROKEN BLADE (POLYCARBONATE OR DIFFUSER) OR DARK SPOTS IN THE BLADE, IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST WITH NO WORK DONE ON IT. WE CANNOT MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE SO PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEND US "PROBLEMATIC" SABERS AND REQUEST THAT WE FIX SOMETHING ELSE TOO... OUR TECH WILL NOT DO IT!
