FORCE FX LIGHTSABER LUXEON CONVERSION / REMOVABLE BLADE SERVICE

Want to make your lightsaber fully duel worthy? This will remove the LED strand in your lightsaber and replace it with a single Luxeon LED of your choice. Your FX lightsaber will then be ready to duel with without having to worry about breaking the blade LEDs. Doing this will remove the scrolling power on/off function of the blade in exchange for a lighter weight blade that can be dueled with and can even be removable. Making the blade removable will add a cosmetic change to the hilt as a blade retention screw will be added to the top end of the hilt allowing the blade to be released.

We are also now offering a reinforced lightsaber emitter in which we remove the stock plastic shell inside of the lightsaber emitter and replace it with high quality T6 aluminum which will improve the strength of your lightsaber's emitter and make your saber even more durable and battle-ready. This will also add a little bit of extra weight to the emitter end of your lightsaber which could change the balance of your saber's overall feel. The reinforced emitter option is currently only available on the following models:

Obi-Wan Kenobi Force FX Lightsaber
Darth Vader Force FX Lightsabers
Luke Skywalker Force FX Lightsaber (EPVI only)
Darth Maul Force FX Lightsaber
Mace Windu Force FX Lightsaber

This upgrade is only good on the following lightsabers and ONLY the LED versions (we cannot currently repair or upgrade the EL versions of these lightsabers). This will also only replace the blade and not any of the saber's internal electronics or the original LED strand.

Using the stock blade requires that your original blade be in reusable condition. If it is not, then you will need to choose a custom blade.
The thinner walled custom polycarbonate blade (1/16") is very durable and very light weight.
The thicker walled custom polycarbonate blade (1/8") is incredibly durable but is quite a bit heavier than the thin walled polycarbonate.
