Commanded by his master, Emperor Palpatine, to track down the "son of Skywalker" and turn him to the dark side of the Force, Darth Vader ruthlessly pursues his prey across the galaxy.

Unable to capture the young Jedi, Vader hires a the galaxy's most notorious bounty hunters to track down the Millennium Falcon in order that he may use Luke's friends as bait in a trap to ensnare him. Hastening to save his friends, an ill-prepared Luke and Vader clash in the bowels of Cloud City.

The one-sided duel is brutal, ending as the Sith Lord savagely severs Luke's sword-hand and reveals to the shattered youth that he is his father and that together, they can rule the galaxy as father and son...
