Q. Can I fight with my Force FX Lightsaber?
A. The Force FX lightsabers are considered collectable memorabilia. That being said, they are made from a combination of metals and plastics and have a fairly solid polycarbonate blade which can withstand quite a bit of dueling. This can lead to a failure in the LED string, but even Master Replicas and Hasbro have been promoting using them in dueling, and we can tell you it's a ton of fun!
Q. What forms of payment do you take?
A. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All of these options are available during the checkout process. For more information, click here.
Q. Do you sell items that you do not have in stock?
A. Unlike some of our competitors, we only list and sell items that we have in stock on our site. The only exception is when we offer a pre-order, in which case the pre-order item is clearly marked as being pre-order with an expected date from the manufacturer.
Q. What is your return/refund policy?

Q. Do you ever offer deals on your products?
A. While we used to offer frequent sales and discounts, a major depletion of products coupled with an overwhelming lack of new product by Hasbro has prevented us from offering discounts recently.
Q. Are the items listed on the web-site brand new?
A. Yes, all of the items are brand new and sealed in the original manufacturer's packaging.
Q. Why don't you offer repair/conversion services any more?
A. Due to issues that have been occurring more and more frequently during conversions and repairs on both the Master Replicas and Hasbro lines of Force FX lightsabers, we can no longer offer our services. We have been repairing and converting lightsabers for years and it no longer makes sense for us to be repairs other company's lightsabers when we are now working on our own line of lightsabers.
Q. How do I get a replacement stand/battery pack/etc...
A. All missing parts and warranty claims need to be taken up with the original manufacturer (Hasbro) as we do not manufacture or repair any of their products any longer. Also, the few spare parts we carry are sold as-is and will not be used for warranty replacements. For more details, please visit our warranty page.
Q. Can the removable saber blades be swapped
A. The blades on the removable blade line are not interchangeable. The saber ends are finished differently, the socket portions are different lengths and diameters, and some of the blades pinouts are offset at a different angle.
Q. I'm missing the battery pack/pommel/stand for my saber. Can I get them from you?
A. We do not carry spare battery packs, pommels, stands, or anything else not listed on our parts page. We cannot get them and do not know where to get them any longer. Please do not email us asking as you will be given the same answer.
